Sales Agent / Distributor

• ​To market any foreign made products in Indonesia, the Australia principal must appoint an Indonesian company to be their sales agent or distributor and registered them to the Ministry of Trade in Indonesia.

Representative Officer

• To open the foreign trade representative office in Indonesia, the Australia principal must appoint a Chief Representative Officer to run it. The officer cannot directly do any sales or deal any transactions on behalf of the principal. The company and representatives must register.

Franchise Prospectus

• ​Any franchise business must register their prospectus to the Ministry of Trade to get the registration number to start business in Indonesia.
