Required Document

1. A notarized and signed by both parties a copy of Agreement between the Australia Company (as principal) and Indonesian Company, with contents such as territory of the market, products, right and obligation of each party, authority, term of agreement, means of settlement, dispute resolution, law in used and period of completion, etc. Must be notarized and apostilled.
2. A recent Certificate of Status / Existence from the Secretary of State where the principal company registered as a Good Standing, or recognition by the Trade Association/Chamber of Commerce in their state as a good standing company.
3. An application form of “Statement of the Australia Company” must be completely filled in, signed, name and title by the company’s executive and notarized by the Notary Public. The form can be download or obtain from the Trade Attaché.
   
   

Procedure

Please make one copy of each document for our file:

• ​Send all documents above with a cover letter to the Trade Attaché, Embassy of Indonesia (address below), along with a self-addressed envelope with stamps, or a prepaid airway bill of FedEx/UPS/USPS should be enclosed for returning the documents to you.
• Once the Embassy received the documents, it takes at least 5 business days to proces​s if all documents are acceptable.
• Based on the information on the application given, The Embassy will issue and send you a Letter of Reference to the address you have given on the envelope or airway bill in Australia. It is free of charge.
