Registration of Franchise Prospectus

Required Document

1.    A Franchise Offering Prospectus (this should be legalized by a Notary Public and apostille by Secretary of State).

2.    A Franchise Agreement (this should be legalized by a Notary Public and apostille by Secretary of State).

3.    A current Certificate of Good Standing from the Secretary of State office where the Australia Company registered.

4.    An application form of “Statement of the Australia Company”. This form should be completely filled in, signed (including name and title), and notarized by a notary public only.

 

Procedure

Do not send the original of Prospectus and the Agreement to this office:

  • ​Send all documents above with a cover letter to the Trade Attaché, Embassy of Indonesia (address below), along with a self-addressed envelope with stamps, or a prepaid airway bill of FedEx/UPS/USPS should be enclosed for returning the documents to you.
  • Once the Embassy received the documents, it takes at least 5 business days to process if all documents are acceptable.
  • Based on the information on the application given, The Embassy will issue and send you a Letter of Reference to the address you have given on the envelope or airway bill in the United State. It is free of charge.
